The same Eofferix entities appear across different pages. This glossary explains the terms you will see while setting up imports and exports.

Core entities

  • Source is where Eofferix receives input data: manual upload, URL, FTP/SFTP, email, Google Sheets, 1C or another channel.
  • Profile is a saved processing scenario. It stores the source, output format, template and run settings.
  • Template is the set of rules that turns source data into an output file or writes it into the union catalog.
  • Snapshot is the working view of source structure. XML has nodes, JSON has objects and arrays, XLSX/CSV has sheets, rows and columns.
  • Interpretation is template execution: mapping, conditions and transformations are applied, then the result is built.
  • Run is one execution of a profile. It can be a demo or full run and has status, logs and a result.
  • Credits are calculation units spent on processing and additional operations.

Catalog terms

  • Union catalog is a separate product database with products, offers, prices, stock and sections, filled from multiple sources.
  • Product is the main item card: name, brand, description, attributes and sections.
  • Offer is a sellable variant: SKU, price, stock, supplier, warehouse or specific configuration.
  • SKU is the offer identifier used to connect stock, prices and variants.
