Eofferix Personal Data Processing Policy
How Eofferix processes personal data of site, account, payment and support users.

This Policy describes how individual entrepreneur Solonchuk Anton Sergeevich, OGRNIP 325784700242010, INN 780520654708, hereinafter the "Operator", processes personal data of users of https://eofferix.com and https://app.eofferix.com.

2. Data processed
The Operator may process:
- email;
- name or display name;
- Eofferix account data;
- information about plans, orders, payments and use history;
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser, device, interface language, visit time and interface actions;
- support request information;
- data necessary for payment and fiscalization, including buyer email and order information;
- files and data uploaded by the User if they contain personal data.
The Operator does not request special categories of personal data or biometric data. The User should not upload such data without legal grounds.
3. Purposes
Personal data is processed for:
- registration and authentication;
- providing access to Eofferix;
- creating and fulfilling orders;
- accounting of plans, credits, server resources, storage and operations;
- accepting payments and issuing electronic receipts;
- technical support;
- account and Service security;
- abuse and unauthorized access prevention;
- storage of settings, processing profiles and results;
- notifications about orders, payments, runs and technical events;
- legal compliance;
- interface, stability and quality improvement.
4. Legal grounds
The Operator processes data based on:
- User consent;
- necessity to conclude and perform a contract;
- Operator’s legal obligations;
- Operator’s legitimate interest in Service security, stability and accounting.
5. Data uploaded by the User
The User independently determines which files and data to upload.
If files contain third-party personal data, the User guarantees legal grounds for uploading and processing them in Eofferix.
The Operator processes such data only to perform operations selected by the User: storage, conversion, normalization, export, result display and technical support.
6. Actions with data
The Operator may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer when necessary for contract or law, anonymize, block, delete and destroy personal data.
Processing may be automated or non-automated.
7. Transfer to third parties
The Operator may transfer data to third parties if necessary for the Service, payment, fiscalization, notifications, hosting, infrastructure protection or legal compliance.
Such parties may include:
- Robokassa;
- banks and payment systems;
- fiscalization and electronic receipt services;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email and notification services;
- analytics services used on the site and account;
- public authorities in cases provided by law.
The Operator does not sell User personal data.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site and account use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, language, session protection, analytics and Service improvement.
The User may limit cookies in browser settings, but some functions, including login, may work incorrectly.
9. Storage period
Data is stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes, contract performance, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance and protection of rights.
Account data is stored during Service use and may be stored afterwards if required by law, accounting, taxes, security or rights protection.
Files and results are stored within plan limits, User settings, technical retention rules and Eofferix cleanup policy.
10. Protection
The Operator takes organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.
Measures include access control, session protection, backups, technical monitoring, infrastructure access restrictions and other security measures.
11. Rights
The User may receive information about processing, request correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, send a request or complaint to the Operator and contact the competent authority.

12. Consent withdrawal
The User may withdraw consent by writing to support@eofferix.com.
Withdrawal may make further account use or some Eofferix functions impossible if processing is necessary to provide the Service.
The Operator may continue processing without consent in cases provided by law.
13. Policy changes
The Operator may change this Policy. The new version takes effect upon publication unless it states otherwise.
Users are advised to check the current version periodically.
