Does Eofferix import products directly into the 1C database?
No. Eofferix prepares a file in the required format. Your 1C specialists handle the actual import, loader and configuration changes. Arrange that part on your side.
How do I receive data from 1C?
Eofferix has a 1C / CommerceML source that provides an exchange URL, login and password for receiving files from 1C. An available export file can also be used. A specialist configures the sender inside your 1C system.
Can you prepare a custom format for our 1C system?
Yes. Send a sample expected file, field descriptions and loader requirements. We prepare a suitable format and agree on a test result with your 1C specialist. Required data must be available in the source.
Which 1C configurations can be connected?
We check the exports and loader available in your configuration. Sending from 1C requires supported CommerceML exchange or a data file. Importing into 1C requires an agreed format accepted by your loader.
Can you merge several supplier price lists before preparing a 1C file?
Yes. Configure a unified catalog, product matching and data selection rules, then generate a single file matching the 1C loader requirements.
What does done-for-you setup include?
Work in Eofferix: source connection, field mapping, transformations, output structure, checks and profile handover. Scope, price and timing are agreed in advance. Development and configuration inside 1C are excluded.
