Personal Data Processing Consent

I, a user of https://eofferix.com and https://app.eofferix.com, freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by individual entrepreneur Solonchuk Anton Sergeevich, OGRNIP 325784700242010, INN 780520654708, place of business: Russian Federation, Saint Petersburg, hereinafter the "Operator".

1. Personal data

This consent covers:

• email;
• name or display name;
• Eofferix account data;
• information about orders, payments, plans and Service use;
• technical data: IP address, cookies, browser, device, language and actions;
• information in support requests;
• data contained in uploaded files if such files include personal data and are processed at my initiative.

2. Purposes

I consent to processing for:

• registration and authentication in Eofferix;
• providing Service access;
• creating and fulfilling orders;
• accepting payments and issuing electronic receipts;
• accounting of plans, credits, server resources, storage and operations;
• processing files and data according to my settings;
• technical support;
• notifications about orders, payments, runs and technical events;
• account and Service security;
• legal compliance.

3. Actions with data

I allow the Operator to collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer to third parties when necessary for contract, payment, fiscalization, hosting, support or law, anonymize, block, delete and destroy data.

Processing may be automated or non-automated.

4. Transfer to third parties

I agree that the Operator may transfer my personal data to Robokassa, banks, payment systems, fiscalization services, hosting providers, email services, analytics services and other contractors when necessary for Eofferix, payment, receipts, support, security or law.

5. Term

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved, Service use stops, the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw consent by writing to support@eofferix.com.

I understand that withdrawal may make use of the account or some Eofferix functions impossible if processing is necessary to provide the Service.
