Eofferix Public Offer
Terms for access to the Eofferix cloud service, server resources, plans and additional options.

This document is a public offer of individual entrepreneur Solonchuk Anton Sergeevich, OGRNIP 325784700242010, INN 780520654708, hereinafter the "Provider", and sets out the terms for providing access to Eofferix.
Use of https://eofferix.com, the account at https://app.eofferix.com, registration, creating an order or paying for services means acceptance of this offer.
1. Terms
Eofferix Service means a cloud platform for processing, converting, normalizing, merging and exporting data, files, catalogs, price lists and related data structures.
User means an individual, individual entrepreneur or representative of an organization using the site, account or Eofferix services.
Account means the User’s account in Eofferix.
Services mean access to Eofferix functionality, server resources, computing resources, storage, plans, additional options and related SaaS functions.
Server resources mean computing resources used by Eofferix to process User data: shared servers, processing queues, dedicated or individual servers, storage and auxiliary infrastructure.
Credits mean an internal unit for measuring allowed computing load on shared Eofferix resources. Credits are not money, electronic money, bonuses, securities or a standalone product. Credits cannot be exchanged for money and are used only to measure available load within the Service.
Individual server means a separate server resource provided to the User under a paid option. When using an individual server, credit limits may not apply if stated in the plan or option description.
Storage means disk space available to the User for files, processing results, settings and related data.
Order means a selected plan, option, load limit top-up, storage, individual server or their combination created in the Eofferix account.
2. Subject
The Provider gives the User access to Eofferix and related server resources under the selected plan or order.
Services are provided remotely via the internet. No physical goods are delivered.
Eofferix is intended for processing User data and files, including format conversion, catalog preparation, data normalization, transformation rules, result storage and automated recurring runs.
Available functions, limits, price and duration are determined by the selected plan, option or order and are shown on the site, in the account or in the payment form before payment.
3. Plans, credits and server resources
On shared Eofferix resources, allowed load may be measured in credits. The amount available depends on the plan, paid period, additional options and actual use.
Credits reflect available computing load and may be consumed when processing rows, items, files, images, profiles, transformation rules and other operations requiring server resources.
The cost of an operation may depend on data format, number of items, conversion complexity, file volume, media processing and other technical parameters.
When an individual server is connected, the User gets access to a separate resource. If the order states that the individual server is not limited by credits, credit accounting does not apply, but technical, security, storage and fair use limits may apply.
Additional storage gives the User more space for files and results and is not a credit top-up.
4. Registration and account
To use paid functions, the User creates an Eofferix account and provides accurate data necessary for access, payment, notifications and support.
The User is responsible for protecting login credentials and for actions performed through the account.
The User must promptly notify the Provider of unauthorized access or suspected access.
5. Orders and payment
An order is created in the Eofferix account or on another Service page where payment is available.
Before payment, the User sees order contents, price, term and payment method.
Payment is made through Robokassa or another method specified by the Provider.
Payment is considered made when the Provider receives confirmation from the payment service or bank.
After successful payment, an electronic receipt is sent according to law and payment service settings.
6. Service activation
Standard digital services are activated automatically after successful technical payment confirmation.
If the order requires technical preparation, for example assigning an individual server, access is considered provided after assigning the resource and showing the corresponding status in the account.
The term of the plan or option starts on activation unless the order description states otherwise.
If a paid service was not activated automatically, the User may contact support@eofferix.com.
7. User data and files
The User determines which data and files to upload to Eofferix and is responsible for their lawful use.
The User guarantees sufficient rights and legal grounds to upload, store and process data, including third-party personal data, commercial information, catalogs, price lists and other materials.
The Provider processes User files and data only to provide Eofferix functions, execute User settings, store results, provide support, protect the Service and perform this offer.
The User may not upload illegal materials, materials violating third-party rights, malicious code or materials intended to disrupt the Service.
8. Quality and availability
The Provider strives to ensure stable operation of Eofferix but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability without breaks, delays or maintenance.
The Provider may perform planned or emergency maintenance, updates, migrations, recovery and security measures.
In case of a significant failure affecting access to a paid service, the Provider may extend access, recalculate the amount or offer another reasonable remedy.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The User may cancel the service and request a refund under the cancellation and refund terms.
After payment, the Provider calculates the refund considering services already provided, access used, credits consumed, used period, server resources, storage, individual server and actual expenses incurred.
The part of the service already provided and resources actually used are not refunded, except where mandatory refund is required by law or the service was not provided due to the Provider’s fault.
If the service was not activated and the Provider did not start providing it, the User may request order cancellation and a refund.
Refund requests are sent to support@eofferix.com from the email linked to the Eofferix account. If sent from another address, the Provider may request confirmation of rights to the account, order or payment.
10. Personal data
The Provider processes User personal data according to the Eofferix Personal Data Processing Policy.
By registering, ordering, paying or contacting support, the User confirms reading the Policy and consents to processing necessary to provide the Service.
11. Intellectual property
Rights to software, interface, design, documentation, texts, knowledge bases, algorithms and other Eofferix elements belong to the Provider or are used lawfully.
The User receives the right to use Eofferix only within the paid or available plan and receives no exclusive rights to the Service.
Rights to User data and files remain with the User or other rights holders.
12. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for inability to use the Service caused by User actions, source data errors, external system unavailability, blocks, internet failures, hosting providers, banks, payment systems or other third parties.
The Provider is not liable for the content of User files and data or for processing consequences if processing follows User settings or instructions.
The Provider’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the User for the disputed order unless law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
The Provider may change this offer, plans, functions, credit rules and technical limits.
The new version applies from publication on the site unless it states another effective date.
Changes do not reduce the already paid service volume during the paid period, except for legal requirements, security, abuse prevention or impossibility of continuing a function.
14. Applicable law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies.
The parties seek to resolve disputes by correspondence and negotiation. Claims are sent to support@eofferix.com.
If unresolved, the dispute is submitted to the competent court under Russian law.
