Supplier products, prices and stock for your WooCommerce store

Eofferix reads supplier data, applies your rules and updates your WordPress store’s WooCommerce catalog. Set up the import yourself or let us configure and launch the workflow for you.

Start on your own, or ask us to connect the source, configure the data flow and show you how to use it.

Configure once, keep updating

A catalog that follows your rules

Product import

Transfer products, categories and attributes. Supplier offers can become variations with their own prices and stock.

Prices and availability

Match products using your chosen identifiers and update selected fields. Add markups, rounding and availability filters.

Images and descriptions

Transfer images and descriptions when they are available in the source. Choose which fields to update and which to manage in the store.

Recurring updates

Save the source, rules and connection once. Run updates manually or schedule them to match supplier changes.

Choose what works for you

Set it up yourself or let us help

Both options use Eofferix. The difference is who handles the initial setup.

Self-service

Manage the setup yourself

Choose this option if you can install the Eofferix module or plugin and map supplier fields to your catalog. The guide covers connection, the first import and result checks.

  1. Register in Eofferix and add a price list: a file, URL, spreadsheet or another available source.
  2. Install the Eofferix plugin on WordPress with WooCommerce and connect the store.
  3. Map products, variations, prices and stock to source fields and configure update rules.
  4. Check a test export in the store, then launch the full import and set a schedule.

A free plan is available. See limits and terms on the pricing page.

Done for you

Leave the setup to us

You do not have to learn profiles and field mapping on your own. Show us your price list and store. We agree on the scope, configure and test the data flow, then show you how to use it.

  1. Share a sample source, destination details and the updates you need.
  2. We agree on scope, price and timing, then connect the source and destination.
  3. We configure rules, check results with your data and enable the agreed schedule.
  4. We hand over the configured data flow and show you how to run and monitor it.

Setup is charged separately from service usage. We agree on the price before starting.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with any WordPress site?

This page covers catalog import into WordPress with WooCommerce installed. You need the Eofferix plugin and site administration access. Custom fields and third-party extensions need checking for your project.

Can I use Excel and XML supplier files?

Yes. Eofferix reads the source and applies saved preparation rules, including field mapping, calculations and filters. A new format or a substantial change in the supplier’s structure may require additional setup.

Can I update prices and stock without changing descriptions?

Yes. Configure unique product matching and choose the fields to update. Exclude descriptions and images if you maintain them in the store. Test the result with a small export before a full run.

Can I import sizes, colors and images?

The integration supports WooCommerce variations with attributes, prices, stock and images. These values must exist in the available source, with data roles and field links configured in the profile.

What happens to a product missing from the price list?

The action depends on the import mode you select. Configure it explicitly: an absent row is not automatically an instruction to delete a product. With done-for-you setup, we agree on missing-product behavior before launch.

What if I do not have a specialist to configure the import?

Choose done-for-you setup. Send a sample price list, your store URL and the changes you need. We agree on scope, price and timing before configuring and handing over the tested workflow.
