Frequently asked questions
Is this for 1C-Bitrix or Bitrix24?
This page covers catalog import into the 1C-Bitrix website CMS, not Bitrix24 CRM. You need the Eofferix module and site administration access. Check compatibility with your edition and configuration before launching.
Can I use Excel and XML supplier files?
Yes. Eofferix reads the source and applies saved preparation rules, including field mapping, calculations and filters. A new format or a substantial change in the supplier’s structure may require additional setup.
Can I update prices and stock without changing descriptions?
Yes. Configure unique product matching and choose the fields to update. Exclude descriptions and images if you maintain them in the store. Test the result with a small export before a full run.
Are product offers supported?
Yes. Assign data roles and field links for products and offers. The correct mapping depends on the supplier’s source structure and your Bitrix catalog.
Do I need 1C for this integration?
No. A supplier file or price list URL can be the source. If you have data in 1C, use its available export. We check the data and delivery method for your configuration.
What if I do not have a specialist to configure the import?
Choose done-for-you setup. Send a sample price list, your store URL and the changes you need. We agree on scope, price and timing before configuring and handing over the tested workflow.
