The Eofferix module lets a 1C-Bitrix site receive the catalog prepared in Eofferix: sections, products, offers, images, files, and properties.
For the first setup, start with the full guide: exporting a catalog to 1C-Bitrix.
What You Need
- A 1C-Bitrix user with administrator rights for installing solutions and managing site files.
- Access to site files through the 1C-Bitrix file manager, hosting file manager, FTP/SFTP, or your site specialist.
- The installer archive
eofferix-bitrix-install.zip. For manual installation, useeofferix-bitrix-module.zip; the steps are below.
Install Through The 1C-Bitrix File Manager
- Sign in to the 1C-Bitrix admin panel with a user who has administrator rights.
- Open the site file manager. It is usually in Content → Files and folders.
- Open the main site folder. It should already contain
bitrixand usuallylocal. - Upload
eofferix-bitrix-install.zipto that main folder. - Unpack the archive so that the
eofferix-bitrix-installfolder appears. The installer page should be/eofferix-bitrix-install/install.php. - Open
https://site.com/eofferix-bitrix-install/install.php. - Wait for the success message.
- Delete the
eofferix-bitrix-installfolder and the ZIP archive from the site. The working module will remain installed.
Important: do not upload install.php and index.php from the archive directly into the site root. The site already has its own index.php, and it must not be replaced. The site should contain a separate eofferix-bitrix-install folder.
Install Through Hosting Or FTP
If you install the module outside the Bitrix admin panel, download eofferix-bitrix-install.zip, unpack it on your computer, and upload the whole eofferix-bitrix-install folder to the site. The folder must be next to bitrix. Then open https://site.com/eofferix-bitrix-install/install.php and delete the installer folder after success.
Manual Archive Without The Installer
eofferix-bitrix-module.zip is for manual installation when the normal installer is not suitable. It contains the ready module folder local/modules/eofferix.integration.
- Upload
eofferix-bitrix-module.zipto the main site folder. - Unpack it from the main site folder so that
/local/modules/eofferix.integration/appears. - Open Marketplace → Installed solutions in the Bitrix admin panel, or open
/bitrix/admin/partner_modules.php?lang=en. - Find Eofferix Integration and install it. If the module was already installed, use this method together with a site specialist so they can check that the module service file was also updated.
Connect In Eofferix
Open the export profile, choose 1C-Bitrix, enter the site address and administrator login, then click Check connection. After a successful check, choose the Bitrix catalog.

After a successful connection, continue with the 1C-Bitrix export settings or return to the full first-import guide.
