Storing Result Versions

In the profile, you can configure the number of versions of the result and the mode of not storing the result on the service.

When to use

Use storage settings to control the history of results and storage space.

Setting procedure

1. Open your profile and the General settings block.
2. Specify how many versions of the result to store.
3. Enable Do not store the result on the service if the file is needed only for delivery.
4. Check the list of saved versions of the result.
5. If necessary, download an older version or open the launcher.

What to check

• The number of versions meets audit requirements.
• Result deletion is not included if download history is needed.
• Storage account does not exceed the tariff limit.

Notes

• Result storage and external delivery work independently.
• If the result is deleted due to retention policy, the external system must retain a copy of itself.
