The Eofferix team handles the technical work. Once connected, the solution appears in the account as a source or application with the required fields and actions.
What can be developed
- Custom source — signs in to an external service, performs the required sequence of actions, and retrieves a file for Eofferix.
- Result post-processing — modifies the file after the standard transformation when the standard settings are not sufficient.
- Custom delivery — sends the final result to an external system using a method that is not available among the standard options.
How it appears in Eofferix
A custom source appears under “Sources”. The usual source settings are available for it: manual runs, scheduling, retries, protection against structure changes, and notifications.
Result post-processing or custom delivery appears in the “Applications” section of the profile and runs after the standard transformation has completed successfully. Only the account for which the feature was enabled has access to it.
How to request custom development
Describe the request to support: where the data should be retrieved from, what should happen to the result, and where it should be delivered. If you have examples of the input and final files, attach them to your request. After a technical assessment, the team will confirm whether the workflow can be implemented and agree on the scope, cost, and timeline.
