The External delivery block is part of a regular transformation profile. It controls where the finished result goes after a successful interpretation.

Available destinations

Depending on plan and enabled integrations, the result can be sent by email, published as a persistent link, uploaded by FTP/FTPS or SFTP, sent to a webhook/HTTP URL or delivered to cloud storage. If no delivery is needed, select “Do not send”; the result stays in Eofferix run history.

Email and SMTP

Email delivery has two sender modes. From Eofferix email uses the service sender and is the simplest option for internal notifications. From my mailbox sends through the user SMTP server: sender email, SMTP host, port, encryption, login and password must be filled in.

Connection test

Before saving SMTP settings, click “Test connection”. After a successful connection, send a test email. Large result files can be delivered as a storage link instead of an attachment, and this link mode can also be forced manually.
