How the Eofferix workflow works

General schema: data source, interpretation profile, processing trigger, result or loading into a union catalog.

In Eofferix, a workflow is assembled from several entities: the source stores the input data, the profile describes the transformation, the run performs the processing, and the result is downloaded, sent to an external channel, or placed in a union catalog.

When to use

Use this article as a service map before creating your first source or profile.

Setting procedure

  1. Create a data source or upload a file directly when creating a profile.
  2. Create an interpretation profile and choose what you want to transform the data into: XML, JSON, CSV, XLS, XLSX, Ozon, Wildberries or Union Catalog.
  3. Open the editor of the selected format and configure the fields, rules, conditions and structure of the result.
  4. Run the preview, check the result and save the settings.
  5. Set up scheduling, notifications, and result delivery if the process needs to run regularly.

What to check

  • The source has a current file or the connection is being verified successfully.
  • In the profile, the source and result template are selected.
  • The preview shows the expected fields and number of elements.

Notes

  • The source and profile can be reused in different scenarios.
  • The source schedule is responsible for updating the input file, the profile schedule is responsible for transforming the result.
