Source notifications

Source notifications are independent of profile notifications. They refer to receiving the file, not converting the result.

When to use

Use source notifications to find out about updates, unchanged file, errors, and stopping due to new structure.

Setting procedure

1. Open the source and the Source Notifications block.
2. Select events: the source was updated, the file was checked but did not change, the source did not load, the new structure stopped the update.
3. Enter the recipient's email.
4. Select sender: Eofferix service mail or SMTP client.
5. For SMTP, fill in host, port, encryption, login and password.
6. Save your settings.

What to check

• The recipient's email is correct.
• SMTP is only enabled if you really need to send from your email.
• The events were chosen without unnecessary noise.

Notes

• Profile notifications are configured separately in the profile.
• If emails do not arrive, check your SMTP login, application password, and Spam folder.
