The run screen opens after the source structure step is saved. For the full first-run path, start with exporting a catalog to 1C-Bitrix.
Before Running
- Check that products, offers, and sections are marked where your source has them.
- Check fields for name, price, stock, images, properties, and matching IDs.
- Check the site connection and selected Bitrix catalog.
Test Export
Click Test export to send a small sample first. The test does not run deleting rules by default.
What To Check After The Test
- products appeared in the selected Bitrix catalog;
- offers did not become duplicate products;
- product, offer, and section properties are in the right places;
- images open;
- the report has no unclear errors.
Full Run
Click Run to send the full catalog. Large catalogs are sent in parts so the site is not overloaded.
Stop And Continue
You can stop a running task. The screen should show that the stop request is being processed. After a stop or an error, the import can continue from the last confirmed point, so already processed products, offers, and sections should not be created again.
Rollback
If the import result needs to be undone, use the available rollback point on the result screen. Rollback applies to the current exchange and current source; it should not affect products, sections, or offers that are not connected with this profile.
Result And Credits
After completion, check created, updated, skipped without changes, deleted, warnings, and errors. Credits should match the actual work done.
