What this page does
Import rollback is used when a profile wrote wrong data into the catalog. Eofferix stores run metadata and can remove the contribution of a concrete import or source without deleting the whole catalog.
How to use it
- Open profile interpretation page or run history.
- Find the run that wrote data into catalog.
- Check affected products and offers.
- Start rollback if the import was wrong.
- Check the catalog after rollback completes.
Expected result
- The wrong import contribution is removed or reverted.
- Objects with other sources remain, but the rolled back source link is removed.
- The catalog returns to a safer state without manual cleanup of every card.
Common issues
- Rollback is not a replacement for backup of manual bulk edits.
- If correct runs happened after the wrong import, choose rollback carefully.
- Rollback availability may depend on profile type and run status.
