Use the consolidated catalog table to find a product or offer, filter records by specific fields, change the sorting, and configure the columns.
The tools apply to the selected view: Entire catalog or Offers. The two views have different fields, filters, and separate column settings.
Where the table tools are
Search, filters, the product/offer switch, the rows-per-page selector, and the table-width button are above the table. Sorting and quick display controls are in the column headers.
Global search
In the Entire catalog view, search checks the product name, SKU, article, brand, section, description, manager comment, and external code. In the Offers view, it checks the offer name, SKU, article, and external code, together with the main data of the linked product.
Global search does not check the record ID, prices, stock, or custom properties. Use a field filter for those values.
If you enter several words, a record must contain every entered fragment. Search is not case-sensitive.
Field filters
A field filter combines a field with a condition. For example, you can show products from a particular brand, records with a price above a given value, or products with an empty property.
- Click the sliders button next to the search box.
- Click Add condition.
- Select a field, a comparison, and a value.
- If needed, add more conditions and choose whether a record must match all conditions or at least one.
- Click Apply.
Text fields support Contains, Does not contain, Equals, Not equal, Starts with, Ends with, Empty value, and Not empty. Number fields also support Greater than and Less than.
Match case applies to text conditions. Dates do not have a separate range selector: a date is filtered as its stored text value.
Filtering by section
Click a section in the tree on the left to show records from that catalog branch. In the Offers view, the section comes from the linked product.
Search section by name only narrows the section tree. Click a section to apply it to the table.
Sorting
Click a column name to sort the table by its values. Click it again to reverse the direction. The arrow beside the name shows the current order.
Sorting applies to the complete result set, not only to the current page. One column is used at a time. Empty values appear after non-empty values.
Rows per page
Choose how many rows to show on one table page: 10, 20, 50, or 100. One selector is above the table; the other is below it, next to pagination. They control the same setting: changing either selector immediately updates the other and opens the first page.
Table width and display mode
The arrows button above the table cycles through three modes:
- Standard — the table is displayed beside the section tree.
- Wide — the tree is hidden and the table uses the available width.
- Fullscreen — the table uses the maximum page area.
Clicking the button after full-screen mode returns to the standard view. The selected mode is saved to the account.
Quick column settings
You can change a column's width, pinning, and content display directly in its header.
Change the column width
Drag the right edge of the header to make the column narrower or wider.
Pin a column
Click the pin button. The pinned column stays on the left during horizontal scrolling. Pinning is stored only in the current browser.
Choose the text display
For non-numeric columns, the button cycles through three modes: left-aligned text cropped on the right, full text with wrapping, and right-aligned text cropped on the left.
Switch between the image and file name
In image columns, the eye button switches between the image preview and the file name.
Width, text display, and image display are saved to the account separately for the product and offer tables. Pinned columns are stored only in the current browser.
Column selection and order
Click Settings above the catalog, then open Product table columns or Offer table columns. Here you can show or hide columns and change their order, width, and cell display.
Click Apply to save the changes. Product and offer settings are independent.
